Bulletin Board
PHILOSOPHY
The mission of the Wilmington Memorial Library is to ensure that all
people of Wilmington have free and open access to information and ideas.
In keeping with this mission and as a public service, the library provides
spaces for exhibits, the posting of announcements and the distribution
of leaflets and other printed material not generated by the library
itself. This space is available to organizations of a civic, cultural,
educational, or recreational nature. The intent is to give access to
as much community information as possible. The library does not endorse
and is not responsible for the views expressed in an exhibit or in any
of the material to be distributed or posted. The existence of a particular
viewpoint in an exhibit, leaflet or posting is an expression of the
library's policy on intellectual freedom, not an endorsement of a particular
point of view.

with the Library Director or senior staff person on duty. Decisions
