The library encourages advance notice of class assignments from teachers. Please fill out the below form one or two weeks before assignments are given so that the the library can be better prepared to provide help to more students.

Please be as specific as possible. Include any restrictions on materials or procedures that can be used for the assignment (e.e. # of pages for each book, can the students work together, can students use electronic databases, etc.)
