Brownie Bake Off Winner

Congratulations to Diane Bryce, the winner of the Brownie Bake off contest. Here is the recipe for Oreo Peanut Butter Brownies with Marshmellow Fluff Icing. The second place winner is the MacGilvray Girls, the third place winner is Elizabeth Mullett. Thanks to all twenty brownie bake off bakers who entered the contest.

This recipe sounds awesome. However, cocoa powder is mentioned in the directions, and again, a little further down, cocoa is mentioned to mix with flour and salt. But no cocoa is listed in the ingredients - so we have no measurement.
