Introduction to Yoga

Registration begins March 9
Take advantage of this opportunity to learn the basics of yoga and enjoy an hour of exercise in the company of others.  Bimal Poddar, who has practiced yoga for many years, will lead the class. Please bring a yoga pad or a towel to use during the exercises. Teens and seniors are encouraged to come.
